Randy L. Moore is the Owner, President, and CEO of RLM Communications, Inc., a privately-owned Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). RLM supports many Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations, providing government contracting services and support throughout the world with cleared facilities on 48 plus acres adjacent to Ft. Liberty, NC.
RLM is an award-winning defense contractor receiving numerous national, regional, and local awards. RLM is also an ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Our Program and Project Managers are PMP certified and skilled at complying with tight program schedules. We have a robust accounting system and our Contracts Management, Finance Management and Program Management personnel all work in concert to support cost containment, financial tracking, performance compliance, and trend analysis. DCAA has audited RLM’s accounting system and deemed it acceptable
